Services:
The nature and extent of the services provided by the RESTAURANT ALTER HOF
GmbH & Co.KG (rental of premises, service, conference equipment, etc.) as well
as the fees payed by the organizer are as stated in the above offer. !

All prices are in Euro and include VAT and service charge.

Acceptance of an order:
Until the order has been accepted all offers are conditional. !
Cancellation / Partial cancellation:
In case of cancellation of the entire event or in case of a partial cancellation of
the event by the client, the following cancellation conditions shall apply until the
start of the event:
30 days - 10 days 25% of the order total
09 days - 04 days 50% of the order total
03 days - 01 day 80% of the order total
first event day 100% of the order total !
Payment:
Our invoices are payable within 14 days from date of invoice without deduction.
For each booking we estimate a down payment of 50% of the order total. Orders
from unknown customers (without customer number) are accepted by credit card
payment or by payment in advance. !
Further information:
In case that there is reasonable cause to believe that the event threatens to
endanger the safety or reputation of the hotel or its guests as well as in the In
the event of force majeure, the RESTAURANT ALTER HOF GmbH & Co.KG is
entitled to withdraw from the contract without any obligation to give prior notice
or pay compensation. !
Place of jurisdiction and place of performance:
Place of jurisdiction and place of performance for both parties shall be Munich, if
the contractual partner is a registered trader. !
Miscellaneous:
The contractual relationship is subject to German law. Contracts without a
signature cannot be accepted. With this signature, our general terms and
conditions will be accepted as part of the contract. If any of these general
provisions is ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions - if in doubt shall not be affected thereby. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid
provision which shall be as close as possible to the invalid condition. Deviating
agreements or additional agreements must always be made in writing. This shall
especially apply for the annulment of this requirement. If the client is not the
organizer, he shall be jointly and severally liable with the organizer.
