S
ant Llorenç des Cardassar, antiga terra
d’artesans i de ramaders, ha aconseguit
guardar entre els seus carrers els trets pintorescs i
tranquils, que contrasten amb la vida dinàmica i
cosmopolita de la zona costanera. Cala Millor, amb
els seus 2 kms. d’aigües transparents i arena neta,
compta des de fa onze anys amb la Bandera Blava
de la Comunitat Europea.

ant Llorenç des Cardassar, antigua tierra
de artesanos y ganaderos, ha conseguido
guardar entre sus calles el sabor pintoresco y
tranquilo, que contrasta con la vida dinámica y
cosmopolita de su zona costera. Cala Millor, con
sus 2 kms. de aguas transparentes y arena
limpia, cuenta desde hace once años con la
Bandera Azul de la Comunidad Europea.

ant Llorenç des Cardassar lebt traditionsgemäss von Handwerk
und Viehzucht und hat es verstanden, den malerischen und
friedlichen Charakter seiner Strässschen zu erhalten, im Gegensatz
zum emsigen und kosmopolitischen Leben an der Küste.
Insbesondere in Cala Millor mit seinem kristallklaren Wasser und 2
km. langem gepflegtem Sandstrand weht seit elf Jahren die Blaue
Flagge der Europäischen Union.

he streets of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, ancient home of
artisans and farmers, still retain that nostalgic, picturesque
and tranquil air in contrast to the lively bustle of its cosmopolitan
coastal area. In particular, Cala Millor, with its 2 kms of transparent
waters and clean sand, has flown the European Union Blue Flag for
the last eleven years.

on Carrió compta amb una església parroquial
construïda amb marès; el disseny de la seva rosassa
obtingué el beneplàcit de l’arquitecte Antoni Gaudí.
Sa Coma és, després de Cala Millor, l’arenal més extens
de tot el Llevant mallorquí (prop d’un km). Entre ambdues
poblacions es troba una Àrea Natural d’Especial Interès, la
punta de n’Amer: una península de 200 hectàrees de
paisatge verge, on es pot visitar una antiga torre de
defensa del s. XVII.

on Carrió cuenta con una iglesia parroquial construida
en marés, cuyo diseño de su rosetón obtuvo el
beneplácito de Antonio Gaudí.
Sa Coma es, después de Cala Millor, el arenal más extenso
de todo el levante mallorquín (casi 1 km.). Entre ambas, un
Área Natural de Especial Interés, la Punta de n’Amer: una
península de 200 hectáreas de paisaje virgen, donde se puede
visitar una antigua torre de defensa del s. XVII.

Sa Coma ist nach Cala Millor der
grösste Sandstrand (zirka 1 Km.) an der
Ostküste Mallorcas. Dazwischen liegt ein
Naturschutzgebiet, die Punta de n’ Amer:
eine Halbinsel mit über 200 Hektar
unberührter Landschaft, wo ein alter
Verteidigungsturm aus dem 17.
Jahrhundert zu besichtigen ist.
After Cala Millor, Sa Coma is the largest
beach (almost 1 km long) on the entire
east coast of Mallorca. Between the two
lies Punta de n’Amer, a peninsula of 200
hectares of unspoilt scenery which is also
a Natural Area of Special Interest, and
where you can visit an old defence
tower dating from c.XVII.

’Illot, anomenat així per un petit illot
que emergeix de les seves aigües, està
situat a 3 kms. de Cala Millor. A la seva
platja desemboca el torrent de n’Amer, que
és la línia divisòria entre els municipis de Sant
Llorenç i de Manacor.
A 200 m. de la platja es troba un dels
poblats talaiòtics més grans de les Balears, el
qual data del 1100 a. C.

’Illot, llamada así por un pequeño
islote que se alza entre sus aguas, se
encuentra a 3 kms. de Cala Millor. En ella
desemboca el torrente de n’Amer, línea
divisoria entre los municipios de Sant
Llorenç y de Manacor.

A 200 m. de la playa, se encuentra uno
de los poblados talayóticos más grandes de
las Baleares, que data del 1.100 a.C.

’Illot ist nach dem kleinen Inselchen benannt,
das sich 3 km. vor der Küste Cala Millors erhebt. Hier
entspringt der n’ Amer-Bach, der die Grenze der Gemeinden
Sant Llorenç und Manacor bildet.
200 m. vom Strand entfernt liegt eine der grössten
Talaiotsiedlungen der Balearen, die auf das Jahr 1100 v.
Chr.zurückgeht.
