7. Please indicate your Regn No. with DGS & D / NSIC / HEC Ltd. If not registered, please
EMD @ 2 % of quoted value alongwith quotation, which will be converted to Security
deposit in case of successful bidders and returned immediately to unsuccessful bidder. DD
should be in favour of “Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd.” payable at S.B.I.Hatia.
Successful bidders will have to deposit 3 % extra in addition to 2 % E.M as security deposit.
