COMPLETION PERIOD:
Package wise completion period for the execution of job from date of LOI is given
in Table above.
Note: If an applicant is qualified for more than one package, the completion
period of individual package as specified in aboveTable shall be applicable for that
particular location and LD clause will be applicable on location wise bsis.
NOTE:
1) Time for completion shall be reckoned from the date of issue of Fax/ Letter of Intent by
HPCL.
2) Daily working hours will be from Monday to Saturday 8:30 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs. Sunday
will be holidays. All other holidays declared at Terminal will be treated as holidays.
3) Extra Working Hours beyond point No2/ on holidays above on request from contractor
will be permitted on sole discretion of Location-in-Charge.
