The concept of the truck mounted binder
sprayer HK 1000 consists of binder tank,
binder pump and spray bar. The variability
of all mentioned components guarantee
the highest flexibility to adapt the HK 1000
to every chosen carrier vehicle.
· Binder tank available with capacities of
800 l to 11,000 l volume.
HK 1000 with 1,000 l binder tank, mounted on Multicar,
max operating width 3.60 m.
· Binder pump and air compressor can be
driven either by a separate diesel engine
or, if available, by the hydraulic power
take-off of the carrier vehicle.
· The binder can be applied either through
1 or 2 hand spray lances or through the
full circulation spray bar with spraying
width from 1,80 m to 3,60 m.
· Combined with a water tank, the HK 1000
mounted on a carrier vehicle offers
different deployment as operating a
hydraulic broom or filling road rollers.

More technical features of the
Weiro HK 1000:
· Heating by U-shaped flame tube at tank
bottom that is warmed up by a gas
burner system with thermostatic control.
The propane gas system includes all
necessary safety devices according to
European safety regulations. Heating up
to 80°C is possible.
HK 1000 with 800 l binder tank and 500 l water tank,
mounted on MB UX 100.
· Air pressure system to operate the spray
bar as well ass for purging the complete
binder circuit.
Full circulation spraybar with 1,80 m –
3,60 m working width with up to two pivoting extensions. The nozzles are installed in
order to overlap twice for achieving an
even and accurate spray distribution.
The spray width can be adjusted by manual
pre-selection of the extensions os the individual nozzles.
